The Adventures of Mr. Fingie July 31st

Mr. Fingie's is frustrated with all the talk of Steroids and HGH. Just yesterday he found out that one of his favorite players is a cheater. Mr. Fingies love for baseball is dwindling. So instead of watching and cheering for these players making millions of dollars to play a game and still having to cheat at it, he has decided to give up on sports. "Fooey to them" he says, Fooey to them!

The Adventures of Mr. Fingie July 30th

Oh...The Heat! Mr. Fingie prayed for good weather the better part of the end of spring and summer and now that it is here he is praying for an air conditioner. The humidity is rough on poor Mr. Fingie and it slows his speed drastically. As he searches around for an 'AC' all he can find to cool him down is a can of 'Freezer'. Ahh...the chill of liquid nitrogen! Cools to a balmy temperature of -62F. Now that's cold!

The Adventures of Mr. Fingie July 29th

Oh it's hump day and Mr. Fingie is tired. The long hike up the mountain of Monday and Tuesday have left him exhausted. But he can almost see the weekend from where he is and that motivates him only enough to find a nice soft spot to sleep through the day. He looks all over to find his quite spot and eventually finds it in the packing department on a piece of bubble wrap. Sleep on Mr. Fingie, sleep on!

Genre: Rock

I liked this song quite a bit. I feel like they got the Genre wrong though, this song is pretty bluesy but does have that rock feel sort of like the Allman Brother or ZZ Top. Some of the members of this band are in a band called The North Mississippi Allstars. I saw them back in October and they were great. I don't feel like 'HCR' is as good as 'NMA' but I think its definitely worth the download.

The Adventures of Mr. Fingie July 28th

Mr. Fingie is pretty handy (No Pun Intended). He's always tinkering with little gadgets and thing-a-ma-bobs. One time he made a Tazer from an electric shaver and a tube sock, it was quite impressive. Sometimes Mr. Fingie and Joe (one of Mr. Fingie's work buddies), will take apart switch boxes and make nerdy gadgets out of them. They'll laugh, have tickle fart fights and talk about electronic theory and whether its better to use capacitors or resisters.

The Adventures of Mr. Fingie July 27th

Well Mr. Fingie is back from having a couple days off and he wishes he was still away. Monday's have always been tough on Mr. Fingie but after get a restful weekend he is ready to attack the week with ferocity. To start it off on the might foot he made him self a big bowl of fruit salad and ate the whole thing. Yum... all those natural vitamins (Vit-A-Mins). Its like a booster shot in the arm of energy. Oh No...Uh Oh...It's the runs! Run Mr. Fingie! Run!

The Adventures of Mr. Fingie July 22nd

Mr. Fingie does not have any pets, so today he decided to change that. While shopping at the local grocery store he came across a whole bag of easy to care for pets 'Goldfish'. "How wonderful" he told himself, "No special requirements". At first glance the 'Goldfish' seemed like a perfect pet for a simple index finger like himself. He would not have to worry about feeding them or changing their water even, just every once in a while he would poke his head into the bag to see how they were. Slowly though after poking his head in several times he noticed their lackadaisical attitude. They never moved, seemed excited to see him or even acknowledged him at all. One time when Mr. Fingie poked his head in, he pulled one little 'Goldfish' out. Staring at the little guy he started to get hungry. He quickly popped it into his mouth and ate it. The crunchy cheddar was like an explosion on his taste buds and he downed the whole bag rather quickly. well I guess to make a long story short, Mr. Fingie is looking for a new easy to care for pet....Have any ideas?
P.S. Mr. Fingie is going to be gone for a few day. He will be back though on Mondy July 27th!

The Adventures of Mr. Fingie July 21st

Oh No! Mr. Fingie was left in a dark non-ventilated closet to clean up a mess. He was handed a very powerful cleaner called Goof-Off and has accidentally gotten himself wicked high. The unseen vapors pouring from the bottle quickly filled his nostrils and went straight to his brain. Cleaning a closet has never been so fun / or bad for you. Luckily Cap'n Chicken was walking by and heard the faint sound of Mr. Fingie passing out and stubbing himself into the ground. It looks like Mr. Fingie will be just fine. Phew! What would the world do with out Mr. Fingie?

The Adventures of Mr. Fingie July 20th

Mr. Fingie has stank breath this morning! He tried to cover it up with Tic-Tacs, Mouth wash and breath strips but, nothing seems to be helping. It's like he woofed down a crap sandwich for breakfast and washed it down with a glass of bile. There must be something Mr. Fingie can do, even his new friend Cap'n Chicken will not talk to him. Finally he remembers the spare tooth brush he hides behind the men's room toilet...There all better! Squeaky clean and minty fresh!

What's up my nizzle? Are you fo rizzle? Oh sorry I guess I have been hanging out with Mr. Fingie too much. You see Mr. Fingie went down to Larry's jewelery shop in Manch-Vegas and got himself all pimped out. You know what I mean, he bought some bling bling. Now he's rolling in style and all the hommies in the hood want to be like Fingie. The actually call him Mr. Fingizzle, fo rizzle! Well I got to gizzle I think it's starting to drizzle. Peace out Mr. Fingizzle, Peace out!

The Adventures of Mr. Fingie July 16th

Today Mr. Fingie made a new friend at work, Cap'n Chicken. Although the Capn'n seems a little bossy and out there, he really gets Mr. Fingie's sense of humor often laughing hysterically at everything he says. The only thing that Mr. Fingie doesn't really understand is all the talk about booty, well that and plank walking. He figures that plank walking is some kind of tribute to Michael Jackson and his moon walking. Cap'n Chicken also doesn't mind drinking at work, that makes Mr. Fingie a little uneasy. Lets hope this new influence doesn't taint Mr. Fingie's fine reputation.

Big News for Becky

A few days ago I contacted a local studio to see if they were in need of a Female Vocalist for some studio session work. This morning we heard back, they listened to her music and said they definitely want to use her when they have work. At this point it's nothing steady, more of a she can work when they get stuff but, it's huge to get her foot in the door. We will see where it will lead but, she is very excited.

The Adventures of Mr. Fingie July 15th

One thing many people don't realize about Mr. Fingie is that he is quite the prospector. He spends time in the hills digging for gold and pulling out large nuggets. Prospecting is all fine and dandy but you should only stay on your own land. Mr. Fingie ignores this unwritten rule and sometimes wanders into someone else mine. This is rarely tolerated and most times ends in a war.

The Adventures of Mr. Fingie July 14th

Mr. Fingie had been on a cleanse diet where for ten days he could ingest nothing but lemon juice and water with a few sprinkles of pepper...Yum. Finally though the time has come to eat again which makes Mr. Fingie very happy. He never really wanted to do the stupid diet in the first place he had only done it because he wanted to impress everyone else. It's munch time Mr. Fingie, munch away!

After a long restless weekend Mr. Fingie finds himself back in the grind at work. Exhausted and wishing he was still in bed he reaches for the only thing that can bring him comfort. Coffee, yes coffee! That warm caffeine goodness in a cup, that liquid speed. Really the only good things that can bring enjoyment after a weekend of partying. Drink up Mr. Fingie, drink up.

The Adventures of Mr. Fingie July 10th

It's Friday again, Mr. Fingie's favorite day of the week. He can smell the weekend approaching and that smell prints a goofy grin on his face. Although Mr. Fingie still has a full day of work he tries to make the best of it by frequent trips to the bathroom, texting, sleeping under his desk and his favorite blasting the 'Village People' in his office. Mr. Fingie wants to hear 'Macho Man', 'YMCA' and he wants to dance. Mr. Fingie is indeed a dancing machine. Dance it up Mr. Fingie, dance it up!

The Adventures of Mr. Fingie July 9th

In an effort to better himself, Mr. Fingie has been trying to learn another language. He thought about it long and hard and then he knew which one to pick. You see Mr. Fingie saw on the news about how broke the state of California is, he deduced that soon it would be sold to China since they have all the money. Chinese would be the language he was to learn. It has been only a day and Mr. Fingie is really catching on, he now knows how to say "what time is it", "are these clean underwear" and "please don't hurt me" in Chinese. Keep up the good work Mr. Fingie and you will be fluent in no time.

Being that it's hump day Mr. Fingie has a little trick up his sleeve to make it through the day. CANDY and When I say Candy I mean Candy and lots of it. Once all that sugar pours into his blood stream Mr. Fingie will be bouncing off the walls, "Ain't nobody going to hold" Mr. Fingie down, well that is until the early afternoon sugar crash where Mr. Fingie boss could possibly catch him snoozing under his desk...Lets hope he doesn't.

The Adventures of Mr. Fingie July 6th

Mr. Fingie had a great weekend. Starting on Friday by parting and ending on Sunday by partying it was non-stop fun. The only problem is that when Mr. Fingie woke up this morning to go to work he had a killer headache and did not feel so hot. When he got to work his head was buzzing so bad he took matters into his own hand. Poor...Poor Mr. Fingie.

Star Wars Live Action TV Series

I have been following the rumors that Lucas had been working on a Star Wars Live action TV series and according to "Fanboy.com" the rumors are true.

"Over the last few hours I’ve been following rumors of a Star Wars live action television series which will be shot in Australia — well I’ve just confirmed from a source who has a friend that works at ILM that this rumor is in fact true! My understanding from what I’ve been able to gather is that the series will be high quality and tap into local talent from Australia from well know film people to science fiction writers. The series is suppose to be aimed at adults (unlike the previous cartoon series) and focus on relationships and emotional landscapes — which means that it might be in more of the “chick flick” tradition.
I’d trust Lucas to not let this series get too silly — but frankly it comes down to the team they put on it. Although my hopes are are what we’ll see will fall more in the tradition of this:"

Mr. Fingie spends many a day wheeling and dealing with them on his cellular phone trying to bring in the mucho mula.Call back Monday and Mr. Fingie may be up to something a little more interesting.

The Adventures of Mr. Fingie July 1st

Mr. Fingie turned on the TV today after a long absence from the tube and saw horrible news. All the famous people he loves are dying. He once had a hardcore crush on Farah Fawcett with posters hanging in his bedroom. He owned all of Michael Jackson's Cd's and had the moon walk down. Worst of all he loved Oxy-Clean to keep his clothes nice and white. The realization of all these famous icons passing made Mr. Fingie depressed. He sat in a dark room and put Billy Jean on and cried himself to sleep.
